Inspiration | Our inspiration for this pendant comes from the Great Lakes that stretches between the U.S and Canada. Covering five separate lakes spanning an area of over 750 miles and boasting as one the world's largest freshwater lake, this massive body of water is powerful enough to create its own weather system and influence the ecosystem surrounding it. As the seasons change and temperatures go from balmy summer days to frigid winters, melting ice on these frozen lake surfaces create unique geometric shapes that seem to shapeshift. The melting ice formations put up a show of light and shadow as the evening sun sets. We were instantly drawn to select the natural Fluorite crystal resembling the shape of two inverted triangles.
